Each player is permitted to hold exactly one new pkluk account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
All players must be 18 years of age or older. new pkluk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended and deposits returned to the originating payment method.

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the new pkluk platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, customer support services, and related features made available through the website at new-pkluk.com ("the Platform").
new pkluk provides online sports betting and casino gaming services to adult players located in Bangladesh. The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform, its content, or its data is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from new pkluk.
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail over any translated version that may be provided for convenience.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use new pkluk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming are not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative for any third party.
- You are not a current or former employee of new pkluk, its affiliates, or its technology and payment service providers (or an immediate family member of such an employee).
- You have not previously had a new pkluk account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
new pkluk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.
Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by new pkluk's compliance team will be suspended. Any winnings accumulated during the period of unverified use may be withheld pending verification. If verification ultimately fails, the account will be permanently closed and any balance returned to the originating deposit method to the extent reasonably practicable.
new pkluk does not knowingly accept registrations from or provide services to individuals under the age of 18. If new pkluk becomes aware that a minor has opened an account, all funds deposited will be returned and the account will be closed immediately. new pkluk will report such instances to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Account Registration
To access the full range of betting and gaming features on new pkluk, you must create a registered account via the new pkluk login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and preferred payment method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. new pkluk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on new pkluk. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
In the event that new pkluk detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual (identified by, without limitation, matching name, date of birth, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or residential address), new pkluk reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or close all associated accounts without prior notice.
- Void all bets, wagers, and casino game rounds placed across the duplicate accounts.
- Forfeit any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits credited to the accounts.
- Retain any winnings derived from bonus funds pending further investigation.
You must notify new pkluk promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. new pkluk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
new pkluk may, at its discretion, require enhanced identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before activating full account functionality. This process may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC within a specified deadline may result in account restrictions.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits made to your new pkluk account must originate from a payment method (mobile wallet or bank account) that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned to the originating account and possible suspension of the receiving account.
new pkluk processes deposits in real time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions under normal operating conditions. In periods of high traffic — such as during BPL match days or major ICC tournaments — processing times may be marginally extended. new pkluk is not responsible for delays caused by issues on the side of the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the new pkluk finance team and, upon approval, are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Approved bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
new pkluk reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request. This may include identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation. new pkluk will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.
Players may only withdraw funds that represent their own deposited balance or legitimately won amounts. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. new pkluk does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, the player's own mobile wallet or bank provider may apply transaction charges which are outside new pkluk's control.
Currency conversion is not applicable for Bangladesh players; all accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and all transactions are conducted in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote the Bangladeshi Taka.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
new pkluk offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to their individual terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or markets, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus-derived winnings.
The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific bonus offer explicitly states otherwise:
- Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance, which is held separately from your real-money balance.
- A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus balance and any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. For example, bets placed on cricket and other sports markets may contribute at a different rate than bets placed on slots or live casino games. Specific contribution rates are published with each offer.

- Where a bonus is offered in connection with a deposit, the qualifying deposit must be made in a single transaction. Multiple smaller deposits do not aggregate to reach a bonus threshold.

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk or void bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and exploiting pricing errors or technical glitches in games to accumulate bonus-funded winnings. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses revoked and may be permanently closed.
new pkluk reserves the right to request verification of a player's identity and payment details before honouring a bonus-related withdrawal. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and applies uniformly to all accounts.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on new pkluk, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner that is lawful, fair, and consistent with these Terms. You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, engaging in money laundering, or misrepresenting your identity at any point in the registration or KYC process.
- Automated access: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated means to place bets, access the Platform, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in multiplayer games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage, share information that constitutes insider knowledge, or otherwise manipulate game or market outcomes.
- Match fixing or exploitation: Placing bets based on knowledge of fixed or arranged sporting outcomes, or exploiting known technical errors in odds or game mechanics.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your mobile wallet provider or bank in respect of legitimate deposits made to new pkluk. Such actions will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
- Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward new pkluk support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access the Platform after your account has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded, including by creating a new account.
new pkluk operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, cheating, or bad-faith conduct on the Platform. new pkluk monitors all player activity using automated and manual review systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, new pkluk may take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where required.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of new pkluk complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. new pkluk does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing new pkluk is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
Account Suspension & Closure
new pkluk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where new pkluk has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
- The account is under suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with criminal conduct.
- The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires new pkluk to suspend or close the account.
- The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in a finding that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If a breach is confirmed, new pkluk may forfeit part or all of the balance in accordance with these Terms.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their new pkluk account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who have self-excluded or had their accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons may not reopen their account during the exclusion period. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has expired will be declined as a matter of player protection policy.
Limitation of Liability
new pkluk provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While new pkluk makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality of the Platform, new pkluk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, new pkluk and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds, winnings, or betting opportunities arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance windows.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
- Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Any inaccuracies in odds or markets caused by data feed errors from third-party sports data providers, provided that new pkluk takes reasonable remedial action upon discovery.
In the event of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and clear mistake in the pricing of a betting market or the outcome of a casino game — new pkluk reserves the right to void affected bets and, where applicable, return stakes to players. new pkluk's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit new pkluk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. new pkluk's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period preceding the relevant claim.
